Miller's Camping Equipment was
founded in 1974 by Bryant (Art) and Elizabeth (Betty) Miller.
They had a small store with a garage in Upper Darby, PA. selling and installing RV accessories,
hitches, brake controls, wiring and truck caps.
Eventually Miller's camping equipment
moved to Plainbrook Road in Frazer, PA. At the new location we were able
to sell new RVs with service and parts and accessories. The whole family worked side
by side running the new location.
At that time new and used motorhomes,
travel trailers, pop-ups, truck campers and Chrysler boats were sold.
The Millerís also custom-built
hitches and truck caps and restored horse trailers from top to bottom. We also built a prototype utility trailer camper conversion.
In 1981 Miller's
moved to 1990 Horseshoe Pike (RT.322) in Honey Brook, PA. We
changed our name to MILLER'S SERVICE CENTER and became incorporated in 1986.
We have become more then just RVs. Our current location puts us near
many campgrounds and mobile home parks. This has given us the ability to
do on-site repairs of mobile homes and campers.
Art, Betty and Mike went into
business as equal partners in Honey Brook, PA. with the help of Cathi
and Ken Miller. They built a 40í X 60í
store that carries RV and mobile home parts and RV accessories. A large
shop was already on the property, so we could do service. This
provided all the space we needed to expand our service operations.
The Sales Department added
sales of used manufactured homes that were already set up in a park. We
are now selling pre-owned motorhomes, travel trailers, boat trailers, utility
trailers, truck campers, enclosed trailers and tow dollys. They are sold with a warranty,
new inspection and detailed cleaning. We do it with pride and confidence
in all the items we sell.
Our Service Department fixes
all types of RVís, all types of trailers, from front to back and inside
and out. We do custom work, restorations, body work, paint, complete
rebuilds of all types of trailers from top to bottom. Miller's has done
all the following custom work:

In 1993 Art passed away, his
wife Betty decided it was time to retire. Their son Mike and his wife

Till this day Mike's wife Penny runs and manages the business with their
daughter Christina. She is Assistant General Manager, running the Sales
